Our breakthrough emerged when a client faced a three-hour shift in a crucial investor meeting in 2024. They needed arrangements delivered to align with the new schedule. Instead of saying “impossible,” we developed what we now call "flex-timing"—bouquets designed to look impeccable whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
